"Easy access close to our favorite restaurant. "

"We loved the location of beach front and easy parking right in front of your room. Very dog friendly place and all staff are very friendly. Less than10 min drive to town for all stores and restaurants but loved no crowds. Facility is old and somewhat inconvenient though it’s renovated and very clean. Overall we loved it for our dog!"

"We were surprised that the location was in the parking lot of the supermarket, this ended up being a good thing. The rooms were recently updated and we had a nice water view. The staff was nice and the local restaurants were pretty good. "

"Cute historic cottages, ideal for 2 people. Huge bed and really comfy, we slept really well. Had patio doors open a crack for ventilation so could hear a bit of road noise, but it's not super busy so OK (cottages nearer front would be worse). Nice big bathroom, no jostling for space for a change! Great shower, good free wifi, good kitchen facilities. Can easily walk to the massive beach and some restaurants down the road. A great start to our road trip!"

"The hotel was in a nice location, and the staff were friendly. The parking spots were super wide for larger vehicles, which is a bonus for a lot of people! Allowing pets was also a bonus for us. There's plenty of food within walking distance, but most places close pretty early in Brookings. Overall, I'd stay again if we plan to stay in Brookings again. "

"We enjoyed our stay here. Most of the rooms including ours have a great view of the river. We watched the pilot boats assisting the ships. Everything in our room was clean and in working order. Enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and the breakfast. We will come again."

"I really like this property and the fact that pets stay free. I don’t know if I’m just figuring this out or if it’s been going on for a while, but not having to pay a pet deposit that costs more than the nightly rate is a relief. The staff were very friendly and the room was great! I would love to have a small space for pets to use the bathroom, but I understand there’s only a limited amount of space. "We loved our stay. If you want an ocean view with great beach access this is the place!!! The rock stairs down to the beach are cute and ok with a good railing to hold onto, but not for the elderly. Room was well taken care of and very clean. Bed was comfy, could use upgraded pillows. Staff were very friendly and kind!!! We didn't take our dog bc it said no pets but there were several guests with pets. Confused about that one. Over-all we had a wonderful relaxing stay!! Definitely will stay...
