"The river view was nice, and the room was set up in a nice, inviting way. The walls are very thin, and we could hear the people in the rooms on either side of us talking and doing other things. No microwave in the room we were in. Close to lots of great shops and restaurants within walking distance. Parking is OK, free parking on the street is just as convenient at the valet parking, the valet parking offers no additional security for your vehicle. Front desk people super nice. Feels weird...

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I like the toilet & shower was separated from the bathroom sink/counter. However, the coffee machine with coffee pods were on the bathroom counter causing less space for toiletries. The complimentary fish chowder was delicious. The free breakfast was as expected. Cobwebs in the ceiling corners. Curtain torn and broken pull. Stuffing coming out of dirty chairs. Railing below bathroom mirror covered with dust. Bathroom walls and ceiling are dirty and mirror rusting out. Mirrors in bad shape. Paint peeling from ceiling. Looking outside at roof, gutter falling off. Huge gash in siding...

"First off this is a OLD motel. Our room smelled like it had a sewer leak. The pillows are a flat as pancakes, and they only put two in a room. We could not even close the bathroom door because the floor rubbed the bottom so hard. The columns supporting the second floor overhang are extremly rotten. We will NEVER stay there again. I would rather sleep in the car."

"They have a unique business model with no management on the property. they were available by phone and text, but not immediately. This left several of us left out in the rain trying to get in our rooms. The communal kitchen was not really somewhere you could cook. There was a microwave and toaster oven, but no dishes. The rooms were small, but modern and efficient. Weirdly there were only a few guests although when I tried to book it showed it almost booked up. The location is great right near...

"Hotel room was great, everything was brand new. The site is still under construction and not everything was fully opened. I see the vision. Loved what they had so far and enjoyed my stay."

"Had a lovely stay in the standard king room. Room is very spacious and clean. The bed - though a bit too soft for me was cozy, with really great quality sheets. The location can’t be beat with walking distance to the beach and one block from coffee shops and restaurants. Dog friendly rooms came with bowls and even a treat for our dog! The breakfast basket is such a nice treat. Would stay here again and again."
