"If you want to live life on the edge, stay here."

"First thing we were told was all TV was out in the hotel. We were offered a 10% discount, but we had to ask Expedia for the discount cause we booked with them. Then all the ice makers were not working. Curtains on the windows were in shredded. Carpets were stained & dirty. Air conditioning worked but would not turn off, so we had to unplug it. We have been staying had this hotel for six years, but this time it was totally run down. We will be going somewhere else next time."

"Good for 1 nigjt while passing through on a road trip. Beds soft but clean and room was dark but clean. Bathtub plugged but drained although it took all night. Breakfast was good and ready right at 6am so we got on the road early!"

"We had a Really good experience. We were there for one night on our way to Houston. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and answered any questions we had. The breakfast was really good and had a lot of variety. Highly recommended."

"Exceeded my expectations! Staff were super friendly from check in to breakfast staff. Rooms were modern and up to date. Beds were extremely comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with a rain shower head that felt amazing after a long day of travel. 10/10 would recommend!"

"Arrived to see manager and customer yelling at each other. Lobby was very dirty and not inviting. We ran as fast as we could away from this hotel! Lost ~$70 and had to drive to another town, but there was no way I was going to spend the night in this place."

"Stayed at other properties in the Las Cruces area, and this has been, by far, the best one. Beats out the Courtyard Marriott in terms of comfort, service, and coziness. Large, comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Really nice poor area. Will stay again."

"Ceiling fan in room was really dirty. Some light stains on Sofa cushions. No knob on the inside of the sliding bathroom door, so no way to lock it either. A piece of carpet used for baseboard trim to bathroom door entrance was missing. ALL the staff were great! Breakfast was good. Parking was also good. Nice hotel, just needs attention to cleanliness/missing items as listed. "

"The property is populated with unhomed folks. Some of them have dogs that are a cause of worry when .y husband was walking our young dog. There was one towel in the room. The door was in poor repair. Coffee fore the room was not equipped. Someone body slammed physically into our door late into night with a lot of force. There was zero breakfast available. The hotel is in disrepair and under what the staff climed as refurbished. If actual then customers should be forewarned. This stay was not...

"The room was ok, but A/C was making noise. One of the pillows smelled really bad, had a strong bad odor, like if pillow was never washed, or pillow case was dirty, we jyst threw the pillow on the floor. The smoke detector was inside in one off the drawers of the dresser, instead of it being in the wall or ceiling? The curtain is very old, it does not even close, I had to put a paper clip to close curtain. The hotel really needs and update."
