"The second bed near the window had a broken mattress. When you sit on it, there’s either no springs or they are broken because you sink down to the wood base of the bed. Checkin took almost an hour even though we pre-checked in online. 8 people in front of us and only 1 desk clerk at the counter. The other guy was just standing around doing nothing. "I will stay here again anytime we are in Orlando. They allowed my dog who is always well behaved. Very clean in the rooms, nice rooms too. Beds were even comfortable. No trash on the property. And we got the best deal ever! Plus lots of great amenities in your room."

"The aircraft traffic over the hotel was terrible. Also, they don’t have enough parking around the hotel, so you have to park on the other side of an adjoining hotel. A bit of a walk. The AC unit in room 202 was making noisy clunking sounds when it would turn off/on. So it was not a restful night of sleep"
