"We were really disappointed with this stay. The room was extremely outdated, run-down, and had a strong unpleasant smell as soon as we walked in. We ended up spraying air freshener just to tolerate it, wiping everything down with disinfectant, and I even slept in my clothes because it felt that unclean.
I’m not someone who expects luxury, but this was far below basic standards. It honestly made for a very uncomfortable experience.

"Hot tub was very hot! My boys enjoyed the big cold pool, their words! Very nice! Only downside is $35.00 a night for parking. Very convenient for going to Universal parks!"
