Disappointed

Not very clean to begin with. as we were checking out. I got an email basically saying that remotes were missing and there were stains on the sheets or the towels first of all we washed every single towel, except three of them at which weā€™ve left in the washing machine, the other towels were washed and dried so this is not fair as far as the remotes in the room they said that the remote was missing and we never even opened the door. They just went ahead and took money for my security deposit. I Do not recommend staying here. This was a poor experience and the customer service was equally poor. I am very disappointed and I would never ever use this again.
