The house was nicely decorated and large enough for our big family. We loved the central location. We were no more than 15 minutes from anything in Orlando. The pool was a plus as well. There was ample parking. The property managers were also very responsive to any questions we had..

We loved staying at this condo! Easy and close access to all theme parks and only an hour to the ocean! The condo was beautiful and nicely furnished and had everything we needed! Nice and clean in the areas of the condo that mattered...could use some deep cleaning of baseboards, walls, and ceilings. Our family will definitely stay here again!

The property had enough room for all of us. They need to spend a little extra time on cleaning. There was a lot of dust throughout the home. We had a great time! I would stay again at this property.

Pros- Wonderful location, roughly 15 minutes to anything. Property was well kept. Townhome was very spacious and stocked. Parking was ample. Cons- Failure to inform us to stop at the main gate for our gate scan code (there’s multiple gate entries), and code NEVER worked for the gates, cars piled up until someone was lucky enough to get access. Home was clean but as with most rentals, expect dirty baseboards and floors. Pool smelled of sulfur so we ended up not using it at all. Lazy River was in a completely different area we had to drive. Gate staff did not seem happy to be working there.

Such a great option for families or couples looking to stay near Disney but also have plenty of space at an affordable price. This unit is large, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Great outdoor walking/running options, and easy walk over to the resort area that has heated pools and a workout facility. Close drive to lots of dining options, grocery shopping, etc. Private pool doesn't get too much sun. Daily trash pick-up is great! Very responsive communication from the operating company, Casiola - however, some of the reps over email aren't the kindest and most understanding (most are!). A couple of constructive criticisms of the place: - It's not noted on the listing that you have to pay $35 plus taxes per day to have the dip pool at the townhome heated (which you definitely need during the cooler months). We didn't get to use it because it was far too cold and we weren't willing to pay this unadvertised cost. - The place is cleaned on a surface level (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming), but is in dire need of consistent DEEP cleaning. If you walk around with white socks, they'll be close to black by the end of the day. We didn't want to know what our feet would look like, so we always kept socks/shoes/sandals on. Reasons for dirtiness: Grout on tiles (floors and bathrooms) is supposed to be light gray and instead is black. Carpets haven't been shampooed/deep cleaned. Things like that. - Beds/pillows are definitely on the firmer side in case that's important to sleepers.
