I stayed one night for a concert at the stadium the price was right although the Uber man didn’t particularly like the hotel and told me to be leery of the kind of people that stay there, but while I was there, it was just people attending the stadium concert so I was comfortable the hotel is very very old, but it was clean. The room was very, very clean and comfortable.

Not worth it

The room looked clean. Their was a spider on one of the beds when I arrived. There were roaches on the floor and in the tub. The sick was slow to drain. The room smelled. And the towels, pillow cases were dirty

Clean, well kepped-up bargain.

The central location was key. The front desk was very helpful every time. Breakfast was basic, but had healthy options of resh fruit & yogurt! A plus for me. It was cleaner and better cared for than most older motels. The pool was pristine. Multiple HBO channels, USP charging stations and an actually quiet HVAC unit.

They guy at the desk was polite and friendly. That is where the positive stops. I should have know since he informed me that TV's were to remain in the room. There were roaches in the bathroom, the room smelled like a mix between stale cigarettes and despair. There was rust, poor drywall patch jobs, etc. I am glad I was only there one night. The midnight parking lot activity was also sus. And I know because every time I rolled over the bed squeaked loud enough to wake me up. We did not stick around for breakfast.

This place was clean and staff was very nice and professional. The area seems a little intimidating but overall I would stay there again. The main thing is cleanliness. Only down side the continental breakfast, they ran out of everything by 8:45 only had coffee available.

Do NOT stay here.

The staff was attentive, that’s the only positive thing I can say. The hotel is in poor condition, unclean and there was an odor coming from the a/c unit. We saw 3 cockroaches in our room during our 1 night stay. There were burned out lights in the bathroom and the shower curtain was torn. We took an Uber to and from the hotel and both drivers said the hotel is notorious for prostitution. The pictures on Hotels.com do NOT represent the condition of the hotel.

Don't trust the reviews here that give one star. The building is old - yes, were there waterbugs - yes. But the rooms are clean, the staff is polite, there is a huge parking lot and quick entry and exit to the highway. I can't say for sure about the breakfast, I slept until late all these days) The perfect location for EDC Orlando. For this budget you definitely won't get better! I'll book for next year too.

The staff are all nice and helpful so lets get that out of the way. The main issue i have is how unclean the area is. The room look decent but gloomy. I saw a lot of dead cockroaches on the fridge. Theres also some molds around the bathroom. I don't feel comfortable sitting or lying down in bed and I only lasted 1 night. We booked a 3 night stay. The second night, i can't stand it anymore and I booked another hotel. This is my first time staying at a 2 star hotel. And probably also the last.
