Love that the property is very close to Epcot and Hollywood Studies and the pool is the best in Disney. I was not happy about getting my room at 5pm (after checking with the front desk twice prior to that). This is the latest we've ever gotten our room at Disney and had to rush to Disney Springs for our dinner reservation. Also, the safe didn't work because the batteries died.

This is the first time that I booked a specific room, had specific criteria about the room, and the criteria were carried out by the hotel without having to switch rooms. Usually and unfortunately when I book on Hotels.Com, traditional is I don’t get the best room in the house that’s available, but Disney blew this out of the water! We had the best view, 3 beds, great location floor wise, and I didn’t have to go to the room and go back to the front desk to complain to go back to a new room- they did it right the first time!

The new “policy” not to clean the rooms is NOT ACCEPTABLE ! If this “5 star” hotel is not willing to give 5 star service to their customers then the should be taken away their 5 stars and they should charge as a 1 star hotel or less. It looks like we the customers are paying all the changes drawn from the pandemic… if this 5 star hotels do not have enough staff whatever the EXCUSE they have now a days, the should close half the hotel and give the customer the 5 STAR SERVICE THEY CHARGE! It is really upsetting really to beg the hotel to clean the room! It is completely ABSURD! And again , if this hotel gives a poor service, then charge as a poor cero star hotel! Shane in Disney Resorts!

For a 5star property this place lacks in service and does not seem to care for their guests. Traveling with an infant and not only was the room not ready at 3pm check-in time but got run arounds and no follow ups or even a genuine apology extended by a supervisor. Had to chase and call several times and wait on a long line AGAIN to finally get my room close to 4pm, when I was there at 10am. To top it all room did not have requested crib and cleanliness was not upto par. Had dust everywhere and phones were filthy. I travel quiet often and for a 5star this was just sad. Especially for a Disney resort,

We booked our stay for a surprise birthday celebration for my mom and sister. Mind you…we paid 900. PER NIGHT! Valet never brought bags up, when we called at 11pm after park they said the parking guys “notoriously” forget to tell you to call for your bags!? We ordered flowers and a cake to be in room to surprise my mom. Front desk upon check-in said they were sending a runner ASAP so that when we walked in she would be surprised. No flowers or cake fir 45 minutes…had to leave to get to a lunch reservation. Didn’t see until we got back that night. Magic cards didn’t work in park, so we couldn’t bill anything to our linked card for TWO days! That’s after getting four new cards made the second day! Market in hotel dirty, elevators and hallways dirty with stuff all over floor. Get back to our room after day 2 and room was never cleaned!!!! Towels on floor, beds not made, etc!!! This is a DELUXE RESORT!!!! If you’re still charging 900. per night for a room, you damn well better be delivering high end service! Very disappointing for a Disney resort!

The perfect blend of Disney World & Beach Vacation

If you love Disney and you love family beach vacations, this is the place for you. You almost forget you are at Disney World when you are out at the pool. It feels like you are on an island resort at the beach. They have done a spectacular job in theming and general esthetics of the Yacht (and attached Beach Club). We have stayed at most of the resorts and this just easily became our #1 favorite for a lot of reasons.

El hotel está bonito pero no es de lujo como mencionan. En cuestión de precio calidad, está demasiado elevado en precio. No hacen el servicio de limpieza en la habitación. Pedimos cama king size, nos dieron dos camas y fue un rollo para que nos cambiaran de cuarto. Nos lograron cambiar pero bajó la categoría del cuarto y la vista estaba terrible.

We loved the view on the waterside, and being able to watch the fireworks at Epcot. We also enjoyed the ferry boat to 2 of the Disney parks, and the ease of walking back from Epcot. My son loved the pool area and especially the pirate ship waterslide. I didn't like that there was very little available in the way of options for a midday meal.

The new updated rooms are very spacious and well decorated. The bed was super cozy and you cannot beat the location of the hotel! We will be staying there again for sure!

This place is amazing. Disney does it right. Had the most Magical experience ever. Walk on the boardwalk, lots of shopping and restaurants. They have a sandy beach, and they play movies right on the sand for the kids, next to the pirate ship slide. The pool is a beach, that you can float around in tubes, next to a bar that bring you drinks, and kids have their own area to play safe. Only a 5 min. walk to Epcot. I can't explain the feeling you get when you are there. Amazing!
