I stayed at this hotel with my daughter and husband from August 2 to 4, 2025. Everything seemed fine at first, but unfortunately, we had a very frustrating experience when we noticed that several personal items, including brand-new school pencil cases and school supplies I had just purchased, mysteriously disappeared from our room after the housekeeper got inside the room.
I tried calling when I noticed after coming to the room atf approximately 10:30 pm to report this issue to the hotel staff and did not receive response. While I understand that misunderstandings can happen, I expected a more responsible, empathetic, and professional approach to the situation, especially considering the missing items belonged to a child.
The hotel's location and facilities are good, but this experience seriously affected our trust in the security and handling of personal belongings in the room.
A disappointing experience for a hotel of this category.
