We had a great stay. We evacuated from hurricane Milton and needed somewhere to go for our family of six. The property manager was very quick to respond and went above and beyond to help us with our stay. Definitely a thousand stars for their personable service. The home was an older home and actually reminded us of a hope we used to live in not too long ago, which made it nostalgic. It was a great stay.

The property is a little dated but clean and a great size. The property company should mention in their first communication that there is an option to pay to heat the pool. Great company to deal with, Lisa was awesome.

This is our second year booking the same house because we loved it so much the first time. I was thankful they remembered me from the prior year way to make a girl.feel special lol. But everything is always easy when booking and checking in and out. The property managers are phenomenal Lisa is my gal!!!!! House is always clean also. We will be booking again!!

Happy relaxing stay!

As we arrived we were very happy to see the beautiful home that we were staying in. Very impressive master bedroom. Living room was comfortable to relax in and watch tv. Bathrooms were all clean. We would stay again for sure!

It was a resort experience with the privacy of having our own home and pool all to ourselves. The house is beautiful. There are only a few small things that could have been better: provide ice cube trays, ditch all the mismatched bathroom towels and have all the same color (also makes for easier washing having the same color).Be clearer that the pool is not heated unless requested for an additional fee. Mattresses were on the soft side but still comfortable. Overall, we had a GREAT stay and would definitely recommend.

Great property but lacking in basics to clean dishes like dish soap and a sponge. You get 2 tablets for the dishwasher but with 6 ppl you use that quickly. Two rolls of toilet paper and 1 paper towel roll, again quick to use. Overall though the property was nice and great location.

Nice house, lots of room, has linens, kitchen items for cooking and eating. Extra charge for heating the pool (would have been over $400 for the week) and didn’t find out about that until after we rented it. They want you to remove all linens at the end of your stay and start a load of laundry. All I can say is disgusting. Buy your own pillows! Granted, I should have removed linens when we checked in. Shame on me. I’ll pay the extra money to stay on Disney properties from now on. That way I know everything is clean, at least to a minimum standard. Also they charge a “COVID cleaning” fee that was around a $100. As much as you pay for cleaning there you would think they would have their housekeeper hit those baseboards and mop the corners once in awhile. I definitely did not walk around barefoot.

Neighborhood was very noisy at night. Hone was vwry nice we enjoyed the pool and everyone had their own bedroom. Walmart was within walking distance. Raccoons kept getting into the trash can. Would definitely rent this place again tho. Pool heat was very expensive but we were able to swim when it was colder outside

I’ve stayed in multiple houses in Kissimmee for vacation. This one was well let’s say not okay. The description of the home failed to mention a few things. For one, roaches. Second it was cleaned, well my Definition of clean I guess is different. If you love the smell of musk, the. This would be your place to stay.
