Hello Denise, Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your stay. Queen Rooms are more expensive than the one bed as there are two Queens in a room. I am sorry that it was an inconvenience in not being able to fulfil your preference. If there is a DND light on we will honor that and not go in the room. If it keeps switching it is hard for us to know when you are in or not in the room. We also cannot clean the room if you are in the room. Once again thank you for your feedback and we do hope you return.

Hello Chrissy, the Resort fees cover all the transportation, Wifi, welcome drinks, Pool areas, 24 hour fitness center, 24 hour business center and more. Did you call for engineering as we could have fixed the issues in the bathroom. Thanks for your feedback.
