Friendly staff but rooms are disgusring, bugs coming out of sink, pretty sure I saw a roach. Housekeeping didn’t come all weekend, we had to request new towels and they never came. Very friendly people and accommodating with issues I had hut they need to keep the place up a bit more

It was 4 walls and a roof. Check in easy, however immediately entering the building you could smell a very strong mildew or musty type smell on all floors. The beds had some crumbs on them, small stains on the pillow cases. Not the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. The stale air and smell definitely gets annoying

I have been staying at this hotel for about 10 years. It's very convenient for Universal and International Drive attractions. The hotel is very sparse, but considering the convenience and cost, it's good. It is clean and staff is helpful. Downside: They have removed the refrigerators and microwaves from the rooms. I'm not sure if you have to ask if you want those amenities.

Hotel is located on International drive, with lots of restaurants nearby, grocery, pharmacy and convenience store as well as souvenir shops The room was big, but the electrical plugs that were available were far from the bed, one on the right (the other was occupied by the lamp) and the other in front of the bed (the other was occupied by the TV) Found hair in the shower and something on sink...

Bathroom near the lobby was dirty and had bottles and paper EVERYWHERE on the floor. The halls all smelled of smoke very heavily. The room was good for what we paid for and everything was fine in there. Definitely a budget hotel.

It was OK. The room smell very fresh but the water from toilet poured out when flushed, we were placed in a room right next to elevator and the elevator noise roared all night making it hard to sleep. TV didn’t work and had to be swapped out. There was no bath towels in bathroom, a piece of iron stuck out from underneath bed which is dangerous because you can’t see it until you hit it with your foot that caused me a lot of pain. Walls were cracking and paint peeling , holes in wall near unit to the point you can see outside. Price should match how rooms look. These rooms are priced to high to be in condition they are in.

Great value and a good room

My room was clean but only one towel, so I had to ask for another. I am a big guy and need a bigger towel. The staff was friendly and super nice. I had to leave early, and they refunded my unused day without any problems. There is a steak house connected and it was a great option to not have to drive for dinner. The location is right off of I-4 so that was super handy.

I stayed here for 4 nights. When we arrived there were pharaoh ants crawling on the front desk wall. Upon entering my hotel room there were more pharaoh ants crawling in the bathroom and some type of creepy crawly that came out underneath the bed. We made sure to put any type of food and sweets in the fridge or threw it out in the trash downstairs to keep the ants out, The place smelled clean but all the metal items in the room such as the towel holders and lighting were rusted and falling off the wall. All electricity sockets were worn out and could not hold our plug electrical items. The microwave had old food inside and never been cleaned. The room felt wet and damp at all times even though the humidifier ran constantly it was not enough to rid the room of moisture. Do not expect any peace and quiet as you could hear every footstep and noise all night coming from the hallways. This hotel needs some basic upgrade remodel but I was glad to have a roof over my head and a hot shower during my stay in Orlando. I also have to say the staff was friendly.

Location was good, walking in it looked a bit run down. Thought the rooms might be better. We had the suite, with hot tub. Seemed fine, then roaches starting coming out. Went to front desk letting them know I did not want to stay. I have not gotten a refund or my security deposit back yet.

I love room 414. But there was a case of mosquitoes. I woke up with my arms bit up and my legs and my lower back hurting severely because the bed was extremely hard. I love the fact the room has a Jacuzzi but it was really dirty and dead mosquitoes in it. The kitchen is very convenient I love it for the next time I stay . The TV in the kitchen was very convenient working more better than the one in the bedroom. We need to update that room really bad but that will be my favorite one to stay if it's updated the air conditioning needs to be fixed I literally had to sleep sideways so I can get air

Firstly I would like to say all the staff I spoke with were very friendly and helpful and did what they could to help. The problem I found was the room I was in 416 was very jaded I have bits of plaster hanging from the ceiling, the bathroom door wouldn't even close fully due to the bottom being blown out (A MDF door for a bathroom not ideal) The door into my room was missing one half of the door restraint. The coffee maker was filthy and had to be replaced by a new one. On the website it states daily maid service. That didn't happen each day ( twice in a 9 night stay) if you needed fresh towels you had to ask for them in reception.My room had a few ants on my first day but on the second day you could see them all over the floor the bed. I took a video and the lady at reception who gave me 3 new rooms to look at only one was up to a decent standard. One had no smoke detector the other had a broken AC and the third room still had a couple of ants. The general look of the building was rundown and in need of some serious updating, as you walk to your room you could see dust on the rail that ran along the wall. It states a games room, a fitness suite but both of these don't exist. The pool area didn't look very inviting. The owners need to revamp this building if they wish to keep getting visitors to return. As I said at the start the staff were great.

You dont even get what you pay for.

This property was not right in so many ways. From the beds to the bath it was very poor. Non existent ice machines at every floor, no phone in the room and the shower handle faced the cold side when it was actually hot. Even something as basic as the pillows were not acceptable. I don't like to give a totally bad review but I have nothing good to say about the stay.

Honestly wasn’t my first place I booked but ended up switching here with Expedia due to issues with my first booking. A lot of people say it’s dirty/ dated. Smells ets. Is it a prime resort … no . But you get the value you’re. Paying for. Room was clean when I arrived. Housekeeping offered service when needed and do every other day if not requested. Room was spacious . Over time and investment as this hotel gets on its feet it will surely get updated more. Only feedback would windows that open for a fresh breeze /air out the rooms to make less stuffy. Overall great stay for the price.

Not worth it.

We booked here because we had stayed here a year or so ago and it was decent for a low priced place. They were remodeling and the room we had was clean, well supplied and comfortable. This time? Disaster. The whole hotel smelled bad. We had to go buy room freshener for our room. We had a king and they only gave us 2 sad flat pillows. There were NO towels or washcloths. We had to go back to the front desk twice for standard supplies. The extra pillows were also flat and sad. The towels smelled and felt clean but were stained and ragged. We killed 2 cockroaches . If I hadn't sacrificed my keycash and wasn't so pressed for time, we would have checked out immediately.
