Our family stayed 5 nights, our room was not refreshed/cleaned our entire stay. The cost of parking seemed a bit expensive. Pool and Hot Tub were very nice. Did not use the restaurant. The breakfast buffet had a long line every morning, the choices were nice but most every morning the lack of food was high. It was very congested at the toast and coffee area.

Rooms were clean and spacious; great for family/kids we traveled with. Pool/hot tub were great! Grounds were well kept with nice basketball court. Wifi was fairly slow, but tolerable. Note it is $27 a night to park; we did not realize this so prepare to include that in your budget. Morning breakfast was fantastic, but fairly long lines so get there early. Recommend moving the waffle station to another location, as it impeded the traffic of the regular buffet line. Excellent distance from Sea World; shuttle is provided but small and can only accommodate a small number of people at a time so do plan accordingly and give yourself enough time in case it is at capacity. Overall, staff were very helpful, the facility was nice and we would definitely not mind staying there again!
