"The first floor condo was spacious and relatively clean when we arrived. The building itself appears new, but did have a strange smell inside. I am not sure if it was paint or another mechanical fluid. The first floor condo also experienced some parking lot noise at night. We plan on returning to the property because it was very close to shops including restaurants, a grocery store and other interesting attractions.
