En general y en cuanto a limpieza pues es una casa enorme, pienso que tiene muchos detalles donde se ve que falta limpieza. Un olor fuerte a comida en el sink de la cocina que se percibĆ­a desde la llegada. La razĆ³n principal de el hospedaje fue que ofrecen ā€œWATER PARK INCLUDED ā€œ y es falso, fuimos con mi familia y en la entrada del parque nos pidieron brazaletes, no tenĆ­amos, fui por ellos al front desk de el hotel principal (pues es un gran complejo) y me dijeron que el dueƱo de la propiedad debĆ­a mandarles a ellos o llamarlos para confirmar que tenĆ­a la membresĆ­a del parque. LlamĆ© y me dijeron que no, que no estaba incluido. Les dije: yo me hospedĆ© aquĆ­ por quĆ© en Orbitz dice que si estĆ” incluido y literalmente dice que es lo que mĆ”s disfrutan las familias. Y ellos me dijeron NO, si tiene fotos de lo que dice el website mĆ”ndemelas a tal nĆŗmero. Y lo hice. Me dijeron en un momento le llamamos para decirle que es lo que pasa. NUNCA LLAMARON. Me quedĆ© esperando en el front desk una hora. Mi familia fuera del parque en el sol esperando por mi. Y despuĆ©s un mensaje que decĆ­a: esto es un error de Orbitz y le pediremos que retire esa informaciĆ³n equivocada. TambiĆ©n paguĆ© por que se calentara la piscina. $136 dĆ³lares. Y nunca nadie fue. Al principio los mensajes de comunicaciĆ³n fueron increĆ­bles y cordiales. E incluso se me ofreciĆ³ quedarme un dĆ­a mĆ”s con descuento pues estaba libre la propiedad. Pero despuĆ©s me ignoraron por completo. Tengo fotografĆ­as de todo. PĆ©simo
