Although my reservation was listed as non-refundable, the condition of the room was so unsafe, unsanitary, and uninhabitable that we did not stay even one minute longer than necessary. We entered the room, saw the conditions, immediately turned around, left, and went directly to our car. We then booked a different hotel right away because the room provided was not fit for occupancy.Multiple live insects inside the room, including in the bathroom and on the walls
Dead insects on the floor and around furniture
Mold and mildew on shower walls, grout, and ceiling
Stained pillowcases and bedding
Filthy, unclean refrigerator with old frozen residue
Cracked, lifting, and water-damaged flooring near the toilet
Exposed wall holes and unfinished electrical areas
Missing trim and damaged door frame
Gaps between floors and walls that allow pests to enter
Loose and missing caulking in the shower and sink area
Dirt, dust, and debris under furniture
Stains and grime on surfaces
Overall appearance showing neglect and lack of maintenance
