Very good accommodation experience！ This hotel is very new and well-equipped. There is a shuttle bus to the park every 20 minutes, which is very convenient. The hotel's swimming pool is also very good, and the children can play in the pool while watching movies in the evening.

The staff are wonderful, so friendly and helpful. Nice, clean, and comfortable place to stay. The shuttle buses to the parks are convenient and run on a frequent schedule. Food was a little expensive on site but very good and tasty. Great place to stay if you’re visiting the epic universe park. It’s about a 15 to 20 minute shuttle ride to city walk and the other universal parks so if you’re only visiting those parks during your trip I’d probably recommend one of the hotels closer to those parks.

A fantastic hotel! Clean, tidy and brand new. Great facilities and amenities. My only recommendations for improvement are minor, like the addition of make up mirrors, provision of shower gel (rather than skin drying soap bats) and better recycling facilities. Other than that we had a great time and really recommend the hotel.
