Keypad needs to be changed.. couldn’t lock the house through out the time we were there and had a hard time getting in when arrived. Needs a little bit of TLC. Very little kitchen pots, mugs, utensils , knives, etc,. Nicely decorated.

Loved the pool area and the walking path around the lake. Like the parking accessibililty and the grocery store right across the street. Loved how much space there was in the unit and the patio. Didn't like that the tub in the bathroom didn't drain and the floors could have been cleaner. Didn't like we couldn't bring our own beverages down to the pool area.

The condo was Ok. The kitchen and main bathroom cabinetry were not finished. It was more of a problem in the bathroom. The main pool was under construction (supposed to be done in March 2025), so the pool was insane.

it was a home away from home. my family felt comfortable. spacious townhome, everything so well maintain, orgazined. kitchen had absolutely everything i needed. the beds were so comfortable. i will definately return there.

The property was lovely, but i do wish i was on the 4th floor. The walls were kinda thin so we heard our neighbors above us onnthe 3rd floor. The living space was spectacular, and we will definitely use again in the future. ****.5 stars

Overall we had a fine stay. Biggest disappointment was that we paid for a lake view and got a view of a parking lot. We mentioned it, but was told, that is too bad.

The place was beautiful. The master bed was a little uncomfortable. Pool was great, there was a welcome gift and information. All information was received ahead of time and that made the whole checkin process seamless.

The check-in process was and awful experience. We drove from Kentucky so we were tired and wanted to get to our room and get settled ASAP. We received the gate and door codes prior to arrival so we anticipated an easy check-in. WRONG! The door code didn't work so I went to the club house since it was still open. I was told by their staff that they didnt own or manage the building we were staying. Was not the best thing to be told. So I called the number in our email and got an answering service. It was not even 5pm. The lady on the other end of the line couldn't pay attention and kept asking me the same questions over and over. I was told somebody would call us back. Didn't happen. I sent an email and finally got a response with the correct door code. Had this been later in the evening I'm not sure what our response time would have been. The room was clean and cozy, but had a strong bleach/chemical smell. The master bedroom mattress was like a slab of concrete. This was disappointing since I had read the reviews about this being an issue and the responses said it was corrected?? The location was safe, quiet, and centrally located which was a redeeming quality. Ive stayed at worse, but Ive stayed at better. If I had to do it over then I would have just stayed at a nice hotel in the area.

Very comfortable and convenient. Very local to highways and restaurants. I just didn’t notice the home was 3 stories. It wasn’t the easiest with twin toddlers lol. But aside from that, which was my fault for not reading the description, the place was great and we loved our stay there and had no complaints at all!

The resort is beautiful but the customer service was terrible. We tried calling twice for assistance and both time could not understand the rep. We advised that her line sounded very muddled and low and background noise but she didn’t try to speak louder or adjust anything. Just a terrible check-on process.

We signed up to stay at Vista Cay, but did not receive a rental at that location. We were switched to a location 20 minutes away without notice or any sort of communication about the switch. Vista Cay was selected for its nearness to the convention center and Sea World. The location provided was much farther away requiring significant driving. It was also in a complex that is still under construction, which is not what we signed up for.
