"Great family place, I would definitely stay here again. Family activities and awesome little waterpark. My daughter absolutely loved it. If you’re looking for fancy brand new rooms, it’s not for you. If you want to be comfortable with your family with plenty of space in your room, it’s a win. The greenery on the property was beautiful, the lake was beautiful. We thought it was perfect. "

"Honestly, I think you’re better off just going to Super.com and looking for a hotel in Orlando for the dates you need. This place is fine, I guess, but there’s really nothing outstanding about it. They have a pool, but plenty of other hotels have pools too, and there’s nothing special about this one. The best thing about the hotel is probably the shuttle service to the parks. Other than that, the food there is not very good, and even the staff who are supposed to help with park tickets seem pretty mid in the quality of service they provide. They also do not do a good job of breaking down the cost. They give you one price, and then you end up getting charged something different. It just feels like they do not really care about being clear or upfront. Overall, I feel like I could have done better than Dockside."

"The hotel offers a great first impression with a spacious lobby and friendly, polite staff. While the room appeared to be tidy, we were disappointed by a strong, musty smell of bleach and mildew that the A/C couldn't quite clear, causing it to be quite stuffy. The room also lacked a chair, the bed itself wasn't very comfortable to sit on, which made relaxing in the room difficult. Overall, the hotel is okay for a short stay. "

"The property is new so everything was new and clean. The property has a great location, close to Universal and not far from Disney and Disney Springs. I liked that it had a restaurant on site that was quick to get your food or bar items. Like the all the options for the kids to do during the day, basketball tournaments, slime making etc. we didn't have to keep them entertained all day."
