"We loved this place. Perfect location, quiet, comfy! Apt 201 is unfussy with super clear Roami instructions. Entry is from street level (vestibule has a washer/dryer closet) and you walk upstairs to the main apartment. The best feature is its location—we listened to music on Frenchmen until around 1-2am every night and walked here in less than five minutes. And there's a little market downstairs. We couldn't have hoped for better at this price point and really felt fortunate to have been in this...

That being said, there were a couple of small things that could be improved on and some things for future renters to be aware of. TV's were a challenge. Had to do some creative things with mirroring from laptop to watch shows. Not enough face towels Alarm went off a number of times because of low battery. The sound was very annoying....
