"Location was very convenient to all the Food and entertainment. 2nd Floor complimentary Balcony right over Bourbon Street. Great Stay!"

"Great place, no breakfast but IHOP not far you could walk to it. Only downside was the restaurant next door (not sure they are together even with discount or if they are just nice to offer to guest) as you get 15 dollars off meal but when they see the coupon the waitress/waiter would take off the 15 dollars off and then add a 18% gratuity which was not there on the bill when first brought out. We went twice and it happened both times, we did not go back after that. But hotel and employees were...

"Staff was kind and helpful. Service and room was amazing."

"Staff AWESOME!!"

"All and All I had an amazing stay at this location of the Sheraton Hotel. Quick check in and Miles was a mazing and informative, I was even put on a high floor which I love. I was able to get additional keys for my friends that stayed at neighboring hotels during Halloween, I even was able to add their name to the room without hassle. The Hotel was nice, clean. The lobby has a big bar in the center with live entertainment. Starbucks is also in the lobby which is convenient. Cafe Beignet is also...

"Not much choices for breakfasts"

"The bar is nice The bathrooms flush sluggishly cuz overall plumbing bad in Nola... TV didn't have a signal the lighting was poor and our experience was good And its a great location. Staff very nice. Maids slow on bringing towels and tp. Overall had an excellent time."

"We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff at check in made it very easy. All the other staff we came across were very friendly and helpful. Sammy was great at helping with our luggage and with suggestions on where to eat. The hotel is near everything. I would recommend this hotel."

"The staff was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. But, the rooms were absolutely filthy. So gross that I almost left the first night and found a different hotel. Unfortunately, it was Halloween parade weekend, and there wasn’t much to choose from. The outdoor grounds,, pool area, and courtyard area, are very beautiful, but inside the rooms were dirty and in disrepair. There is a fantastic restaurant attached right next-door to the hotel that was very handy and had...
