"It is not our first stay at Fairchild House and the staff managed to exceed expectations yet again. Very friendly and helpful to make us feel at home away from home. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Rooms are confortable and clean. And breakfast is the perfect start to every new day. We will be back SOOOON!!"

"The room, house and gardens were beautiful. The location is great to walk to music and restaurants.
Communication from management was slow (no one is on site). There was a mixup with our access code and parking. We parked on the street and had no issues."

"Didn’t even end up getting into the hotel. I got to the hotel and called the manager to let me in, he immediately rejected the call and told me to text him. After sending him multiple texts with no reply and the same happening to other people waiting there too I cancelled my booking and found another place. Total scam don’t stay here"

"The residence was well kept and stocked with goodies for the guests. The rooms were quiet and clean. The courtyard and surrounding grounds were nicely maintained. The location is approximately one mile from the French Quarter and Mid Town for a variety of dining and walking options. I really enjoyed the stay and plan to return in the future."
