"The place is listed as sleeps 6. Yet there were only two bath towels and a floor towel. There was no toilet paper. I had to walk 4 blocks to buy some. There must be someone else on the same remote as the channels kept changing on the TV. The private parking lot is is 1.5 blocks away. Maps was not able find it as the address provided does not match the location of the lot. Probably the lot main office. The place was very clean. "Todo perfecto y servicio excelente, acostumbraba reservar varias veces al año, solo una crítica constructiva, ahora tienen una nueva norma y es que le dicen a los clientes durante el check in que cuando hagan check out tienen que abandonar las facilidades. Me sorprendió mucho esta nueva disposición ya que antes se podía hacer check out y seguir disfrutando de las facilidades . De hecho acostumbrada hacerlo y continúa consumiendo del Restaurant que tienen en la piscina. En la manera que te lo dice es como si te echaran (botarán) del hotel. No lo encuentro justo."

"Very serene and peaceful property in the mountains. Beautiful view. The staff was very hospitable and welcoming. The homemade breakfast cooked by Risbel and Glory was delicious. During our stay, a hurricane was passing, Risbel, Ricardo, Joseph, and Glory were very accomodating, turning on a generator when electricity was out and updating us on the weather and severity of the hurricane. The property is very safe. We were provided a remote to open the gate that secures the property. My girls enjoyed the pool. Ricardo invited them to help feed the chickens. Risbel was awesome at recommending things to do and places to eat. I would highly recommend Serena Boutique Hotel. "
