"Very peaceful with patio onto garden and birds chirping away. The rooms are immaculate and well appointed and staff very welcoming. Also in a wonderful location."

"Can’t go wrong."

"Great room with fantastic view of the bay. Very close to cafes, bars and restaurants. Easy walking distance to everything in town"

"The room was very clean as well as common areas. The 2 ladies we interacted with at the front desk (Ava & Debbie) were awesome. I give both of them 5 stars."

"Really enjoyed our stay. Very appreciative to be able to have our dog stay with us. Lovely staff and a super spot to stay if visiting the Bay of Islands."

"Lovely, tidy accommodation with all needed amenities. Great communication with the staff - would definitely stay there again!"

"The room was clean, we were upgraded to a superior room, as we were staying 5 nights and they are the rooms that have a microwave. There was no tea towel, no forks, no washing up detergent or anything like that, very basic. The pool wasn't in operation, it was empty, for all the tine we were there, no mention of that when we checked it. It's just a basic motel, not a resort. "Very clean and modern apartments! The staff were very friendly and amazing to deal with."

"Lovely place close to Paihia. The cottages come fully equipped and are quite comfortable."

"Lovely setting, lack of parking close to unit"

"Perfect for the redt we needed"

The front of the apartment had large bi-fold doors which opened completely out to the roomy sunny balcony. We could see the Waitangi grounds while sitting relaxing with a glass of bubbly. Kitchen was very modern and well appointed with all the things to make for a relaxing stay. Lounge, bedrooms and...

"This was a clean, well maintained room in a conveniently located motel. Easy to find, parking available and all the attractions within walking distance. Owner was really helpful with booking local attractions and recommendations of good places to eat."

"Great experience and wonderful beach view"

"Super friendly and helpful staff. Only suggestion for improvement would be glow in the dark numbering of units"
