Most of our stay no staff was available. So many things did not work in our room. The microwave has a horrible squeal, fireplace had gas turned off and did not work. This hotel was great and very reasonably priced. We also had a change in our plans, as the conference we were attending was cut short and we did not need to stay the third night. The staff was very understanding and refunded us for that night. Whenever we are in Wenatchee, we will definitely stay ...
