Most of our stay no staff was available. So many things did not work in our room. The microwave has a horrible squeal, fireplace had gas turned off and did not work. Our shower would only pull half water out the shower and the other half in the tub. I let them know that on day 1 and nothing was done. ...

My two issues would be that both of the times that I’ve stayed there in the last 6 months, the same truck without a handicap placard has been parked in the handicapped parking space.
