"It was a nice very clean well equipped room. The staff are very nice and check in was friendly and nice people. The downside. The Tv not working at all annoyed us. No signal displayed for for just standard Tv. Couldn’t load an app because the internet was lagging. I’d rather that working than a heated toilet seat. "The room was spacious enough and very quiet. However when we arrived at 3pm, there were no towels, only a damp one in wardrobe. I had to request towels, and was supplied with 2 bath towels - we (2 of us) were to be there for 2 days! Disappointed too with the limited supply of coffee (3 satchets) milk (enough for only one day - I had to request more milk). Also, we assumed the room would be serviced while we were out on Saturday and were disappointed to find the wet towels were still there...

"We had a great stay - from the moment we checked in until we checked out. At check in, we were greeted by the friendly and helpful staff member at the desk. We were very pleased with our room - it was even more spacious than we expected and had great amenities. The rooms are a bit dated (style/decor wise) but were very clean which is the main thing! We were also very happy that the outdoor pool was nice and warm for winter. We would recommend Ripple for families and will be keen to stay again...
