Bellissima struttura ottima pulizia e ottima colazione. Da rivedere il ristorante non all altezza con piatti non molto freschi. In più sgradevole inconveniente tecnico con L ascensore rotto per il tempo del soggiorno e farsi 2 piani di scale con le valigie non è stato piacevole. Del resto ottimo posto

Noi abbiamo usufruito di un appartamento per una settimana. Posto situato vicino al supermercato ed agli altri servizi. Peccato per la presenza di formiche allinterno dell'appartamento ed in cucina. Inoltre il wi-fi della struttura non raggiunge gli appartamenti.

La résidence est très bien située près de la plage et de toutes les visites possibles. Par contre le soir à partir de 21h il est impossible de dormir, la musique pour l'animation est mise tellement forte que même sur la terrasse de la chambre on ne s'entend pas parler. J'ai essayé de faire comprendre à l'équipe d'animation que les vacanciers ne venaient pas tous pour faire la fête mais aussi pour se reposer, la personne n'a rien fait pour que la musique soit moins forte. Je n'ai donc pas profiter de mes nuits de repos comme je le pensais. Je ne conseille absolument pas cet établissement si vous voulez vous reposer

Great value apartment choice
We enjoyed a last minute stay at this property. It was clean and spacious with what appeared all new furnishing. The staff were friendly and helpful. The property provides parking (at nominal fee), great wifi, and has a restaurant on site if you do not want to cook in your apartment kitchenette. Overall it is relatively quiet, except if you have neighbors who watch TV very loud... There was just not enough soundproofing for that... I would recommend this apartment complex for sure if you are in the area.

. Nous avons demandé à changer dès le 1er jour car nos étions un peu éloigné et nous avons été installé près de la piscine. appartement conforme et bien situé, spacieux . Néanmoins, je déplore le manque de four ou de micro onde car nous ne pouvions rien réchauffer. avons manqué de climatisation (qui est en option) pendant 2 jours mais ça a été rétabli.

Wir hatten ein Appartement und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Appartement ist geräumig, hat eine Terrasse und die Küche ist Südländisch eingerichtet ( das Nötigste, reicht aber). In der Rezeption ist immer jemand erreichbar und es gibt einen schönen Pool. Es war in unserem Zeitraum sehr ruhig. In der Nähe gibt es Supermärkte und Restaurants. Der Strand ist etwa 1Km entfernt.

Das Hotel liegt in einem komischen Vorort von Orosei, schlecht zu finden, denn man sieht gar nicht wirklich, dass sich dort ein Hotel befindet. Im Ort selbst ist nicht viel los. Zum Strand geht's etwa einen Kilometer aber sonst hats dort nicht viel zu bieten. Wir hatten ein Appartement gebucht. Jedoch war bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich, dass der Hotelservice nicht inkludiert ist. Was ich bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel doch schon erwarte. Nein, wir hätten die Betten selbst beziehen müssen, Müll entsorgen etc. Den Eingang von dem Appartement konnte man schlecht finden und überall war Müll und Schmutz und es stank fürchterlich. Wir sind dann gleich wieder abgereist!

Large and clean Apartement, near the sea (1,2 km). Animation starts at 09:00 at the pool and ends at 23:30. Very loud during the day. But if you are not in the Hotel during the day, its ok.

Sardinia as always is very beautiful and a lovely place to visit. Our initial contact with the hotel was to email to book our transfer from the airport. This was ignored and we had to call and email many times for a response. The accommodation was basic and had details like not being able to open wardrobes as the bed blocked it. Our first two nights we didn't have electricity and water and had a very loud night of a generator going near our room after. The restaurant on site we booked but after being ignored for 30mins with no sign of anyone coming we decided to leave. The pool area's were nice and the lifeguard Valeria was lovely and the entertainment staff worked very hard and were very nice. The location was only 20mins walk from the beach which was beautiful.

Credevamo di aver prenotato un alloggio tranquillo in un residence 4stelle, invece siamo finiti in un villaggio vacanze con animazione rumorosa e quasi continua. Siamo stati sviati dalle info prese su internet e al telefono, scarse e fuorvianti. E la qualità non è da 4 stelle: letti scomodissimi, colazione con caffè alla macchinetta e vivande insufficienti, zanzariere ridicole ecc. La disponibilità del personale non è bastata a risolvere tutti questi problemi.

Wir hatten ein geräumiges Appartement mit akzeptabler Ausstattung. Großer Balkon und noch viel größerer Terasse welche wir mit den Nachbarn teilten. Durch die verwinkelte Aufteilung keine Seltenheit.... Wir hatten auch Frühstück was preislich ok war, bietet allerdings keinerlei Abwechslung. Sehr italienisch halt. Großer gepflegter Pool mit ordentlichen Liegen und Beschattung. Kinderbereich vorhanden. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis!

Nice Apartment. Location requires car.
Nice clean apartment. Facilities for self catering were fine. Apartment was just to far from the beach, towns. Not much around this area unless you have a car. The hotel has all these family activities that go on until 11:30pm - midnight. Its super loud. During the day there is loud music at the pool area too so if you want quite, look for something else. If you don't mind the noise, great little place.

Résidence sympa,
Le choix d'une résidence donne plus de liberté que l'hotel. Idéale pour rester proche des enfants avec de la souplesse dans l'organisation. Les animations sont correctes pour les plus jeune jusque 12-14ans.

Résidence hôtelière bien localisée et correcte
La situation géographique de la Résidence permet de découvrir les alentours N, S, O facilement, les plages à proximité sont sympa mais ça vaut le coup de découvrir d'autres criques en faisant quelques kilomètres. La location d'une voiture avant le départ est vivement conseillée surtout en période estivale, plus tôt le mieux pour avoir des prix raisonnables (nous avons trop attendu cette année et on a pris cher !). Pour le prix de l'appartement, je pensais pouvoir compter sur des la présence de biens de consommation basiques, genre pap. hyg. savon etc... il faut tout acheter même pour une petite semaine. La climatisation est payante ce qui est également décevant compte tenu du tarif de la semaine et on peut oublier la wifi; la réponse des réceptionnistes est systématique et un échappatoire, autant dire tout de suite que ça ne fonctionne qu'à la réception ou les lieux communs. Les portes dans l'appart. étaient compliquées et en mauvais état, particulièrement pénible quand c'est celle des wc. Les équipements de cuisine sont complets et en bon état, la tv est OK, les matelas moyennement confo. Nous n'avons rien consommé dans l'hôtel, franchement pas très envie. Cependant, les parkings sont pratiques et les magasins de l'autre côté de la route sont ultra commodes.
