"The location was ideal and the apartment was clean and pleasant. We appreciated that coffee was provided. It was also very nice that we were able to leave our baggage in the storage locker after check-out. I would say the only drawback to this apartment was the lack of a view from the kitchen/sitting area. As an attic space, a view is not possible. Overall, it is a nice, convenient spot."

"I arrived here with my twin 10 year old children, traveling as a single mom. We stayed for a week. The staff was so kind and accommodating and we were VERY demanding. I needed a lot of support and they never once made me feel like I was a burden. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the food first class and the location cannot be beat. "Globalement nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Cet endroit est incroyable. La chambre offre tout le confort nécessaire pour y passer un bon moment, le rapport qualité prix est donc très bon. La localisation reste assez centrale, entre Norrebro et Nyhavn. Le seul hic serait peut-être les nuisances sonores pour les chambres donnant côté rue (circulation routière, musique jusqu’à tard dans la nuit le samedi soir) ce qui a été notre cas. Tout le reste était parfait. "

"Staff was helpful and courteous. The checkin desk was at the bar and was staffed 24 hours/day. The room was comfortable, roomy, just as described, had a view of the park across the street. Bed was comfortable (king sized). We had a table with a banquette and chair and a kitchenette--all nice, but starting to look a little scuffed. Americans: the shower does not have a curtain and the glass walls are shallow, so the rest of the bathroom gets wet when you use it, elevator is tiny. 3 restaurants...

"Absolutely amazing sevice, I was in desperate need of a desk I could work on and the room I booked didn’t have one, so after 10 minutes had they put one in. The hotel is super cozy and cool with 31 rooms, the breakfast is great and feels very home made. Highly recommended. And one of the best locations in CPH."
