"I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at BC Spa Hotel. There was a broken chair on the balcony, so I contacted reception and asked for it to be replaced. Shortly afterward, a hotel staff member entered my room using a key card without knocking or announcing themselves first. This was a serious violation of my privacy and made me feel unsafe at the hotel. I immediately reported the incident to the hotel manager. "Very friendly bar and restaurant. Swim up rooms are large, ours had a comfortable king size bed and another part of the room there were bunk beds with the bottom bed a double. Our room was directly opposite the bar so not always felt comfortable using the terrace, other rooms would have better aspect. Room cleanliness was just ok, “cat’s lick” comes to mind. Location is good about 15 min walk to beach and 10 min walk to the strip conveniently a small shop across the road. Breakfast was fine,...

"Me and my boyfriend stayed in the room with river view. It was a great room with 2 rooms and 3 beds total, so we had lots of space. My parents stayed in the room by the pool. They had 2 small beds. I thought the room was too small, but they were happy. I loved the food there and ate mostly at the restaurant on-site. Breakfast was included and had a wide range of ingredients. I was only missing plain old oatmeal and whole grain bread. My boyfriend didn't like their coffee. For lunch and dinner we...
