"It was great once I actually got the apartment I had booked. They tried to fob me off with a much smaller room with no kitchen or washing machine. I decided to complain so actually got the apartment about 2pm the next day. There was a lot of apologies & a plate of delicious treats to compensate but to be honest I was really gutted to waste a whole day. "We actually had a problem with our Hotels.com booking, but the owners of the property were very kind and accommodating, turning what could have been a very stressful situation into a lovely stay. The rooms were clean, spacious and well kept, and the property and pool were well maintained. "The rooms were nice and clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, and everything we tried was delicious. We also really liked the location, Bodrum public beach is only about a 15–20 minute walk away. Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay!"

"Lovely hotel but not as good as I expected. Great breakfast. Shuttles to the ‘beach’ but it’s actually far away and there’s no stand,instead a little jetty. The room was spacious and clean. I love the cats/kittens around. I questioned the staff about food/water bowels as I saw 2 cats drinking from the pool (not good), they advised have have food stations out of site and a animal first aid kit which made me very happy. It would be amazing if hotels starting neutering the cats at their hotels to help with the numbers. And set up a box in the hotel for donations to help with neutering a Liam’s in their area. I would have definitely donated. We were in a hurry to checkout to get a flight & lady at reception made me wait to check the mini bar then tried to charge me for things we hadn’t touched. Over all a lovely stay but I think a little overpriced"

"Great experience, albeit at a high price point. Location/view are outstanding. Right on the hilltop with breathtaking view, and walkable at least to go down into town (or a short Uber ride). Great breakfasts, nice rooftop bar and the pool area is fantastic. Very helpful staff. Nice option for both relaxing and as a base for exploring. Room decor is maybe a bit dated, but that's a small quibble."
