This is a lovely property! The building is great and well maintained. As for the room itself, it was all that we needed for never really being in the room much. It is quite basic with no extras (extras meaning: shampoo, tea/coffee, extra bedding etc). But it was a clean and comfortable bed and bathroom. The location is beautiful - you’re a bit of a walk from the sort of city centre but there is plenty in walking distance!

They do not answer emails or messages despite multiple tries- we could not go to Ortesei due to health issues and they would not help with a cancellation-- i would NOT use this hotel due to poor customer service

Absolutely horrible experience, correctly called the "chimney of Ortisei". There was smoke smell all throughout (in bedding, walls and hallway); couldn't even sleep because of smoke smell and noise. The lady at the front desk was drinking the whole time and encouraged the other guests (mostly bikers) to smoke and talked loudly until 2am. She was very unhelpful and rude. Don't stay here if you wanna wake up early for a hike (like we did). I wish I had better things to say abt our 2 night stay.

Prima verblijf.

Erg vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaresse. Kamer was prima. Kussens waren echter erg dun en dat maakte het slapen iets minder fijn. Badkamer was schoon en douche werkte goed. We verblijven langer dan 3 dagen in de kamer, hadden wel verwacht schone lakens en handdoeken te krijgen, maar dat was helaas niet zo.

Ortisei senza lussi

Pensione in splendida location come sarebbe impossibile altrimenti , Ortisei è unica. Struttura basic e servizi in linea con i costi.Rivolta a chi a poche pretese (i motociclisti si troveranno a casa) . La lingua italiana è un ospite ma i gestori sono comunque cordiali.

This hotel was not up to our usual standards. There was mold in the shower and when we asked for ice we were told’ “It’s for our guests”. What were we chopped liver? The owner finally came through with the ice begrudgingly. The rooms were small with no amenities, just a pump bottle of soap. We reserved two parking spaces by mistake because each couple got an email about parking. When we all showed up in one car he was glad that we only had one car. However, both couples were charged for parking.at 5 euro per day x 2 days. When we asked for a refund, he said the charge was by reservation. He did offer a 10 euro voucher for our next stay. Yeah right. Like we are ever going to stay there again. We’re from CA FOR GODS SAKE!
