"I do not recommend this place due to cleanliness issues. The sheets were not changed—it looked like they had merely made the bed. Furthermore, the television was not working, and the bathtub was dirty. Do not let the low price be your deciding factor when booking a hotel; pay the going rate—even if it is a bit expensive—and be sure to check the reviews and star ratings. Thank you; that is my humble opinion"

"The room was clean. The bathroom was extremely small. The front screen door couldn’t close. The bed was super soft - hard to get a goods night sleep. Parking was alright tight spaces. The staff on call was excellent helpful in answering questions and polite. All in all it was good for the money spent if just spending limited time. Like they say you get what you pay for!! We stayed only one night!"

"For a lower end hotel it was good. Convenient to Asbury Park boardwalk, price was reasonable and room was clean. I would stay there again."

"Overall, found the staff to be very friendly and courteous; the only reason I was unable to give five stars was due to my room smelling like stale cigarette smoke, despite being a smoke-free room (no fault of the owners). The building is quite old, but appears to be maintained within reason. The room was clean, and everything worked as expected. For the price, I cannot complain!"

"We booked in advance for memorial day weekend, when we got there the lady at the front desk said she canceled our booking because supposedly there was “maintenance” issues and they never gave us a call before going there. We drove an hour and 30 minutes away , the lady told us there was never no phone number to inform us so she couldn’t tell us but when she handed us a paper my phone number was there."
