"Did not have their breakfast.
Room was fine. Clean, comfy bed, good temp
Service was horrible. The attitute was the problem. They made mistake bit insteas of apologizing for the messy job they yelled at me when i complained.
Basically what happened was they gave us two key cards that did not work. We were already very tired and really just wanted to get to our room. I went back to front desk to get the cards fixed while my family waited in the dark coridor in front of the room. At front desk i waited for 10 mins while they were helping two groups of customers. I spoke up to get their attention after waiting long enough to get the card fixed which would take only like 5 to 10 seconds. Instead of apoligizing for the bad job about the cards, one of them yelled at me.
Very shocking attitude.
If you consider this hotel, i have only one advice. Run!!! As fast as you can. "
"Breakfast was not included. No water or coffee in the reception area. AC did not keep room cool. I large 2'x2' concrete column in the room, making it difficult to maneuver around. ONLY 1 soap which was mostly empty container."
"The staff are just wonderful. They are kind and helpful. Even when things are simply chaotic, because, for example, there is only one small van as a shuttle to and from the airport, the driver tried to do his best to please all the clients, who were no easy and not nice, as they had been stranded by the airline (not the hotel's fault at all). Kuddos to his patience and helpfulness. The hotel is an ok layover. It is clean and comfortable, with no amenities in the room. As this is an airport hotel, I would recommend a small electric teapot to allow the guest to make a tea or coffee, when arriving very late with no bar or eating options. "
"My stay at the hotel was overall okay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was polite and helpful whenever I had questions. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, which made things convenient.
That said, there are a couple of small improvements that could make the experience better. Having a microwave in the room would be really helpful, especially for guests staying multiple nights or bringing back leftovers. An iron would also be a useful addition for those who need to keep their clothes looking neat during their stay.
Overall, it was a decent experience, and with a few added amenities, it could be even more comfortable."
