"Great place, good location. Everything is automated for checkin and out, very fast to get you room, storage for luggage with QR code, flawless. Only negative thing would be the wait for elevator at peek time, but easy to understand with more than 40 floors."

"All the staff were really friendly and helpful. The location is great, 5-10 mins away from Shinsaibashi and underground stations. The room is very clean and they provide fresh towels everyday, even we didn’t put out the sign about making up the room. "

The extras for each person I didn’t expect but glad where given were toothbrush and toothpaste, packet of cotton swabs and facial cotton pads, mouthwash, and body scrub towel. I also liked that is was convenient 15 min walk from Osaka station. "
