The room was very nice, clean, spaceous. The service was polite.
The dishwasher didn't clean properly even after a prescrub, but I mean it runs? The coffee maker gives you the option to brew one or two cups at a time. The left cup side brewed very light coffee, probably from lack of maintenance. The right side brewed a nice dark cup.
Breakfast was maybe a 6/10. There was food, it looked fresh ish, not a lot of choices.
They wouldnt let us check out late due to 'availability'. Who knows what that really means, take that as you will. The last time I booked, I asked for late check out and was denied then as well.
The pool area was spotless. There were lots of towels and an area to drop them off after you're done. Pool was a mite chilly though for a "heated" pool. I wasnt expecting it to be like a jacuzzi, but I also wasnt expecting to be shivering. The person I was with also found it a little chilly. Wasn't just a me problem.
The bed is comfortable. The blankets aren't particularly soft but they are clean. We did fight with their open pocket style duvet cover daily.
The shampoo, conditioner and body wash aren't particularly good, but they get the job done. They smell nice too, in my opinion. We had no issues with flushing, water pressure, water heat or cleanliness in our bathroom.
Overall I give it a 4 stars because any of these little issues are just that, little, in my opinion.
It is clean, it is nice, you get fed, have polite service etc. Hope this helps!
