"We stayed in Villa C and it was fantastic. Very spacious rooms and a fantastic semi outdoor private onsen bath and shower. Lots of amenities provided to take as needed. We didn’t see any people at all at the property. The beds were big and soft. You do hear a lot of trains, however we used the supplied ear plugs and slept fine. Paid parking on the property. "Excellent service. Not only was the stay memorable for us but the hotel staff exceeded expectations. When Uber blew it on a timed taxi hailing, they shuttled us up to the station to make our train - off schedule. Great service! The buffet is also awesome and rooms are so sweet! Views are excellent and the location is at the heart of the beachfront. Pretty great spot to experience Atami."
