Desk staff were nice, lounge/bar staff, not as much. We knew there were renovations occurring during our stay ahead of time, which were not disruptive. Room was clean but super super tiny. As a solo traveller who wanted to spent most my time in the city anyway that was good. With two people it might be too tiny.
