"Booked this because it was a Spa Hotel ! They fail to make it clear there is a charge for guests to use the Spa £29 euros for 2 hrs ,and that dogs are welcome ! Was kept awake by crying children and dogs barking ,not a relaxing break at all ! It should all be made clear on websites they use !"

"The hotel property has had some very nice updates but still definitely shows its age. Excellent breakfast. Rooms small and a few more amenities in room would be nice. BUT the staff made up for that. Absolutely The most friendly helpful staff we have encountered. "

"Budget hotel with everything you need if visiting Rimini. Hotel well positioned on the boardwalk for the beach and close to numerous bars and restaurants including the excellent Rose & Crown. Rooms are very small including a tiny bathroom and shower. Ok if just sleeping. Fridge,tv. No in room safe or kettle though. Air conditioning in the heat we had was very welcome. Daily housekeeping. Decent buffet breakfast with enough to set you up for the day. Pool is small but absolutely perfect, not too many loungers but we had no issues siting round it and having a swim. There's a little garden bar area too for drinks. We had a good 2 night stay here, perfect for us for a short break and on a budget."
