"Be prapered for not having a reception desk on site and if you need a receipt (e.g. for business trip), or need to deal with the personnel for any other reason, be prepared to go to a distant location to do it. Not telling that to the potential guests in advance is misadvertizing and not doing anything to correct this and other problems listed below is mismanagement.
