"This is our second time staying here at the second year in a row. My daughter loves the indoor pool and our pup loves the outdoor space. The even periodically make chocolate chip cookies presented at the front desk. This will continue to be our yearly stop."

When I called guest services to ask about our AC unit on the first day, the staff was dismissive and told me that it’ll needed time to cool down (despite it being on for 4 hours and only went down to 78 at this point).
