The town has not so much to offer. We went to Atlantic 4pm you cannot enter anymore. This morning we wanted to visit the fort. Ferry did not go for 45min..... Seems a place for people who like itvery slow.... Hotel was very good. The Highlight of the place.

De algemene service is uitstekend en helpen je graag om het naar je zin te krijgen. De familie kamers zijn strek verouderd en deze worden op korte termijn (december 2021) gerenoveerd (volgens het hotel). Het hotel ligt in de hotel zone en alles is op loop afstand.

Très déçue à beaucoup de point de vue. Mauvaise odeur dans la chambre, équipement sanitaire défraîchi et non digne d'un hôtel 4 étoiles, ameublement de la chambre vieillot, bruits intempestifs de l'ascensseur, wellness inaccessible, buffet très peu varié. Bref, prix excessif pour un 4 étoiles, très peu agréable; à ne jamais recommander !

My experience at Hotel Bero was overall very positive. The location was really great; a 5 minute walk from the beach is amazing for a vacation. The room was clean and cozy. The bed was comfortable and the bathtub was really big. The staff were polite and informative. I would definitely go back for another visit if I'm ever in Ostend again.
