Khách sạn Osteria Bianca

"Extraordinario lugar, la vista, el castillo, la comida, la gente, el cuarto. Lo tiene todo. No se van a arrepentir."

"Location was perfect ! Beautiful decorations! However, I was never told you had to go to a hotel around the corner to eat breakfast- or that our hotel room was not in the dining and pool hotel. Apparently- two Hotel Calimala’s. Our first room was unacceptable as I paid upgrade for a room with a view- no view! They finally switched us into a better room. Check out these things before you book your room. Very nice hotel- but expensive for what you get! They charge for bottled water after first...

"Wonderful staff. A little dirty side of town but the grocery store and laundry were close by. Very clean."

"Lovely historic hotel. Comfortable room. Located near everything but out of the main fray. Great breakfast. Helpful staff. I would stay here again."

"An Exceptional Stay — Truly a Five-Star Experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at Starhotels Tuscany in Florence, Italy! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth, kindness, and exceptional hospitality. Every member of the staff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, respectful, attentive, and professional. Their willingness to assist and make our stay as comfortable as possible truly stood out. "The mattress was slightly on tough side, but everything else was perfect!"

"駅からも近い上に歴史ある内装のホテルで良い滞在ができました。 同価格帯のホテルよりもトイレ、シャワー、洗面台が広く使えました。"

"The property was very clean. The outdoor space was beautiful and the breakfast was great. Staff was very helpful. Room was very spacious. Overall great experience."

"Excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from Santa Maria Novella station and the historic center. The staff were very attentive throughout our stay, and the breakfast was great. A couple of things to improve: the air conditioning didn't cool the room well, and the bathroom had a few stains. Still, the service and the breakfast more than made up for it — I'd happily stay here again."

"Loved my stay! Nice location with plenty of restaurants and shopping just seconds away. We were just a quick walk from the train station. We slept very well in comfortable beds/bedding and our rooms were spacious ! Staff so accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was great and happy it was included in our room fee! I would stay here over and over!!"
