"At first, I was a bit worried after reading some negative reviews about ant infestations, cleanliness, and the balcony view. However, everything was amazing. We stayed in the Mosaica apartment, which was very clean, and there was no bad smell in the bathroom—so we didn’t experience any of the issues mentioned in other reviews. The balcony was beautiful, with lovely cactuses and a great view of the city—spacious and very enjoyable. The apartment itself was also beautiful, bright, and filled with natural light, with large windows opening to the terrace. We had everything we needed, including an iron and a hair dryer."

"1) Walking down the path from the street to the hotel, the garbage bin area is filthy/smelly and you have to walk right past it. A small fence or something to hide it would help the impression of the hotel 2) Our room was very nice, but there was a constant sewer gas smell coming from the bathroom. That smell tarnished all the nice aspects of the room 3) On a positive note, the breakfast was wonderful, and we also had a lovely dinner in the dining room"

"The appartmen was nice and Dario very kind and very helpful. Thank you. The relation with the staff was terrible, the check in à nightmare, the sistem they use is very complicated, and not reliable at all. They can not even take notice on a change of phone for messages.They repeat on and on the taxe (12 euros) have to be paid in advance, they did no say how. When we made the reservation it was stated “pay on the property”. They did not have the courtesy to give us a copy of the contract in English, we signed in Italian!!. For two nights!! Messages on the cleaning, the trash… For sure I will never ever reserve anything with them. Holidays are to be enjoy! "

"Free and secure parking was available. Breakfast was quite adequate. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent; it was within walking distance of the city center. We left the car at the hotel and explored everywhere on foot. We didn't have much time, so we didn't get a chance to experience the spa and pool. I would definitely recommend this hotel."
