"There was no airport shuttle service which was very frustrating. The staff had no idea such a thing was supposed to happen and when asked why their emails and calls weren’t answered he feigned ignorance about the whole situation. Had to book bolt ride to the hotel as it was getting late. So disappointed!
Breakfast was okay and room was clean."

"Good value for money Hotel in central Accra, close to all ministries and business districts. The room was actually good size and bed comfortable. Lots of meeting rooms for seminars. Amenities (Pool and Gym) are decent. Staff was friendly, and the manager was willing to improve things when highlighted (more linen in the bathroom for example)."

"We couldn’t enter the front entrance , the gate was padlocked . We drove past three times until someone directed us to enter through the parking garage. We got to the reception area there had chains and a large lock preventing anyone from entering the main entrance. It made me very uncomfortable. The room was nice but first impression has the greatest impact."
