"We had an executive studio with a King bed, perfect for an overnight stay. The studio was warm, clean and comfortable. I loved the rainhead shower, which had excellent pressure. As part of the complex there is a takeaway shop, 4 square, liquor store, tavern, laundromat and the excellant Pembroke Patisserie, which meant we were able to have dinner and breakfast within walking distance. The complex is also close to the Clutha river walking track which we loved. "

"Got upgraded and loved the room along with all the utilities provided like kitchenware. WiFi went down at a certain point and the front desk was extremely diligent about it. They solved the issue immediately and even came up to our room to let us know. Loved the experience and would’ve liked to stay there longer. We were in a hurry to catch a flight and left a bit "

"The accommodation was excellent. Lovely apartment and accommodating staff. However there where major building works happening. And the car parks difficult to navigate, we didn't use a car but the taxis/ubers found it difficult in the tight space and difficult parking spaces. Also my son got locked out of his room and had to spend a night in a different apartment. The staff told us they knew that door was a problem. The hotel management apologised and sent a bottle of wine. But it would have...

"Nach der Ankunft, übermüdet und reisekrank, gab es sehr nett Hilfe bei den Codes, um in die Wohnung zu gelangen. Zum Zentrum sind es nur 10 Minuten Fußweg. 2 Supermärkte sind noch näher. Das war für 2 Nächte Aufenthalt sehr praktisch. "

"Comfortable, convenient and had all required amenities. Would have rated 10/10 if bathroom had shower cubicle and soap/shampoo holder. Also, staircase exposed to weather can be a safety hazard when it’s wet and windy."
