"We booked this room very last minute, and I can only assume we were given a room that had recently lost a fight with a demolition crew. I believe it was intended to be an accessible room, although apparently “accessible” also meant access to the carpet underlay, which was helpfully exposed where the carpet had frayed and pulled away from the tiles. "I will give this property 4 stars only due to its location. Won’t be staying there in future as money wise it’s not worth staying there. The staff at the counter were ok. ‘The person welcoming customers should always have a smile on their face’. The washroom flush tank making water sound all the time, the room underneath we living in has some renovation works going making noise which does spoils my mood. I won’t be booking this property ever again. 4/10"

"The apartment was exactly as shown, so it was great. Amazing view with everything you could need. Staff was friendly and polite."
