"We were blamed of stealing 2towels.we were given only 2 towels and bathroom hand basin the drawer was falling apart.the room seems the bedsheets were not clean.didnt sleep comfortably.after the checkout the administrator keeps calling about the towels and says needs investigation where it has gone.had a bad experience."

"Hi there, the overall stay was just okay. We did not get the room we booked, we waited ages to see reception when checking in, though the front of house was nice. The breakfast buffet was alright however the restaurant manager from Friday and Saturday gave us weird looks and was not hospitable. On Sunday it was different staff for breakfast , they were talking loudly amongst each other where we would have preferred less noise. The bathroom in our room had black mould in the shower, also we asked...

"We like a tv in bedroom for early morning movies, but the 1 bed suite had tv in lounge, not that comphy chairs to watch a movie. Otherwise clean and comphy hotel"
