"The staff are friendly, when we entered the room there was a smell of cigarettes, but we were with children, so we asked the front desk employee to change our room, they changed our room without any questions, we are happy because there was no smell in the 2nd room, so I recommend this hotel, it is clean, the staff is kind."

"The beds were so comfortable, friendly staff and check-in. I was impressed because I saw staff constantly cleaning, wiping or picking up, inside and outside. No cigarette butts or litter. Very nice! I will come again!"

"Very clean, manager was on site and very attentive and concerned with ensuring a pleasant stay. I would suggest this motel for anyone traveling to or through Moses Lake. Close to many restaurants and stores. Room was very comfortable. "

"We experienced exceptional customer service from when we first arrived for the check in and throughout our two-day stay. The staff was friendly, attentive, and accommodating - they answered questions and provided helpful information in a timely and professional manner. The buffet breakfast served each day was clearly much higher quality than most hotel breakfast offerings of a similar star quality. We would not hesitate to stay at this property in the future if we ever have the need to visit...
