"The room is big for four of us. The sofa bed is so big can fit at least 6 people but we didn’t use it much. I could see the Kyoto tower which was very nice at night. The washer/dryer was our life saver. We loved the setting of the room so neat and practical and clean. We only stayed 3 nights so they didn’t have housekeeping service for us. But they provided all the towels for the stays. And if you need something you could get them in the lobby. The staff were friendly and helpful. They can...

"The best hotel we've had so far during our trip in Japan. All front desk staffs are helpful, friendly and professional, plus all of them can speak English which is great for non Japanese speaking guests like us. The room we had is spacious, very clean, with additional separate bedroom , and there was unlimited supply of cold water across our room. Thank you, arigato gozaimas, terimakasih!"

"Le meilleur hébergement de notre sejour. La chambre (hime room) est spacieuse. Le personnel est très attentif (nous avons meme eu un accueil en français). Les transports sont quasiment au pied de l'hôtel. Pas de defaut sauf l'absence d'un lave linge alors qu'il y a la place pour l'installer."

"this is our first stay here. I loved it . the room was clean. very friendly front desk staff. Dotonbori is 10 minutes walk, a Lot of food within 2-3 minutes walk. train station is walking distance. I will come back again to this hotel."
