"Lol, where do i start...there was so many issues. Everything we asked for when it came to lunch and dinner that was on the menu was not available or they ran out of. My room was "the quadruple mountain view" but there was no but trees. The bathroom was not in the room and also i asked for extra towels and they could not accommodate us with any new towels. The room was super tiny when we are a family of 4. I will never come here again."

"This is a beautiful facility. However there is constant noise with large trucks driving by from 6:30 am to 7 at night. The music played one night til 5 am from a neighboring property. Food was top notch. All made fresh so be prepared to wait. Service for drinks was very slow."

The only unusual issue we experienced was that our room lost electricity for a period of time due to a technical problem that could not be clearly explained. "Nada limpio, la pisicina muy sucia, en general el lugar no es limpio. Las habitaciones regulares, no había ni jabón para las manos, no había agua en la ducha. Para el precio que pagamos nada que ver. No lo recomiendo. "

Paredes sucias, piso deteriorado, muebles deteriorados y del baño sale olor a alcantarilla.
